As a provider of SEO consultation and digital marketing services, Marketer Pro primarily delivers services and deliverables digitally. Below is our policy regarding the delivery of consultation services and any associated digital materials.

1. Delivery of Consultation Services

  • Consultations are delivered virtually via video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) or phone, as agreed upon during booking.

  • The date and time of the consultation will be confirmed at the time of booking. You will receive a confirmation email with details, including the meeting link or call-in information.

  • Consultations are conducted at the rate of ₹300 per hour, as specified during booking.

2. Delivery of Digital Deliverables

  • If your consultation or service includes digital deliverables (e.g., SEO reports, strategy documents, or keyword lists), these will be delivered via email or a secure file-sharing platform within the agreed timeline.

  • Typical delivery timelines for digital deliverables will be communicated at the start of the service, usually within 3-5 business days after the consultation, unless otherwise specified.

3. Technical Requirements

  • You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and compatible devices to participate in virtual consultations or access digital deliverables.

  • Marketer Pro is not responsible for delays or issues caused by technical difficulties on the client’s end.

4. Delays

  • In the unlikely event of a delay in delivering digital deliverables, Marketer Pro will notify you promptly and provide an updated delivery timeline.

  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues or illness) will be communicated as soon as possible.

5. Acceptance of Deliverables

  • Upon receipt of digital deliverables, you are encouraged to review them and notify us within 7 days of any issues or discrepancies.

  • Marketer Pro will address any reasonable concerns about deliverables promptly, at our discretion.
