1. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel a scheduled consultation by contacting us on whatsapp – +91 8625063715 at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

• Upon cancellation, you may reschedule the consultation to a new date and time, subject to availability, at no additional cost.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation may not be eligible for rescheduling, at the discretion of Marketer Pro.

2. Rescheduling

• Clients are allowed to reschedule their consultation to a different date and time, subject to availability.

• To reschedule, please contact us at whatsapp – +91 8625063715 with your preferred new time slot.

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the original appointment time to ensure availability.

3. No-Refund Policy

• Once a consultation is booked and payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• In lieu of refunds, clients may reschedule their consultation as per the rescheduling policy above.

• If a client fails to attend a scheduled consultation without prior cancellation or rescheduling, no refund or credit will be provided.

4. Marketer Pro Cancellations

• In the rare event that Marketer Pro needs to cancel a consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

• If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund may be issued at our discretion.
